What is online training and it's benefits?
Online training means having a personal trainer; me, working you out each week using a video call at a time you choose. I'll design weekly sessions for you, to suit your abilities and specific goals, and will adjust this according to your progress over the weeks.
You will have a virtual training session each week and the opportunity to discuss any further training options and nutritional guidance.
What is online coaching and it's benefits?
Online coaching means you have a personalised plan created by a personal trainer; me, letting you workout on your own terms - when and where suits you. I'll provide you with a nutritional guidance along with your training plan so you can take ownership of your progression - this is key to your health success.
You will have a 30-minute coaching session each week, and a bespoke training and nutritional plan to suit your lifestyle and specific goals, which will be adjusted as you progress.
Work out in your home.
