What is in-home training and it's benefits?
I come to your house and train you in the comfort of your own home - no gym or equipment needed.
If you struggle with motivation then this way of training is perfect for you, no gym membership, no traveling - you just have to show up on time, energised and ready to put the work in in each session. I will push you to achieve every move and exercise to the best of your ability but we’ll definitely have fun along the way!
This option is ideal for women who don't feel comfortable working out in a gym and/or around others.
